***** The 5 essential points

 ***** THE 5 ESSENTIAL POINTS

You are certainly asking yourself many questions regarding the health measures implemented in your Yukadi Village. Now is the time to learn more!

1.     PROTOCOLS

YUKADI VILLAGES has established a Covid-19 health charter, following the recommendations of the Ministries and the National Federation of Outdoor Hotels. Our teams are trained in health standards and we provide them with all the protective equipment for everyone's safety.

2.     SANITARY MEASURES: CLEANLINESS, HYGIENE AND CLEANING

Involved and attentive, our teams follow the new health protocols implemented in Yukadi Villages: longer cleaning times, more vigilance points, increased number of trips during the day or the number of cleanings.

Frequently cleaned collective toilets

• Upon entering the sanitary, we ask you to wash your hands with water and soap or hydroalcoholic gel available to you,
• We have strengthened the cleaning and disinfection of common areas as well as collective sanitary facilities,
• Thank you for not parking in the corridors of the toilets and for respecting the rules of social distancing,
• Finally, note that we will also provide you with equipment if you wish to disinfect the points on which you can be in contact.

Clean and disinfected accommodation

• Know that to ensure your safety even in your place of life, we have strengthened the cleaning and disinfection of accommodation and common areas. To do this, we use cleaning-disinfection products and ensure ventilation of the mobile home before it is made available,
• The sheets and towels rented or included in some accommodation are cleaned by specialized companies. The latter scrupulously submit to the prescriptions of the government relating to the health crisis,
• The duvets and blankets are steamed between each stay,
• We advise you to ventilate your accommodation frequently during your stay.

 3. BARRIER GESTURES

For your safety and that of our teams, the rules of life, places of passage, services and activities are adapted.

What are we putting in place?

• Simplified arrival procedures: “fast check-in”,
• Traffic plans and directions,
• Ground marking,
• Signs encouraging social distancing of 1.50 m in reception areas,
• The display of good practices,
• The provision of hydroalcoholic gel,
• Listening and support by our teams in the essential actions to adopt.

4.     LIVING SPACES AND LEISURE

Shops, aquatic area, bar and snack - take away terraces ... YUKADI VILLAGES does everything in its power so that you can enjoy your favorite places.

But here too, security is essential: meticulous cleaning, distancing, guide and displays. The spaces will be reorganized so that you can enjoy your holidays without risk: enlargement of the spaces, reduction in attendance…

Will the aquatic area be open during my stay?

Good news, the aquatic area will be open this summer!

To take full advantage of the joys of swimming, the water in the pool and on our slides is cleaned with chlorine, which makes it both disinfected and disinfectant.

Government announcements on June 22 could soften the current rules.

To ensure your safety, we apply strict standards to treat swimming pool water so as to inactivate microorganisms including viruses. Thus, the water in our basins is disinfected and disinfectant. Our facilities are also equipped with automatic analyzers to verify data throughout the day.

The beaches and all the collective equipment with which you can be in contact will be regularly disinfected, in particular: toilets, ramps, handles, gates, etc.

We ask you to respect the distance rules in the pools, on the beaches of the swimming area, for access to the slides and water games. We are counting on you !

At any time, you can use the hydroalcoholic gel put in place at the entrance to the bathing areas. Note that equipment will be made available if you wish to disinfect your deckchair.

Services and shops for easier holidays

Will the bar and shops be open during my stay?

The bar and the snack - take away will be open and will respect the regulations in force in order to guarantee the safety of all, young and old alike.

The grocery store will also be open, respecting the rules of distance and barrier gestures.

5.     ANIMATIONS

Will children's clubs and activities be open during my stay?

The little ones will be delighted: entertainment for children will be allowed! For the safety of your children and our animators, children's clubs must take place outdoors and in groups of 10 maximum. Besides, our animators are brimming with new ideas for activities that they are eager to introduce to your children :)

And the big ones too: we are maintaining the activities for the 2020 season! This year more than ever, our animators will be by your side to create great holiday memories together :)

The activities of the campsites will also be subject to health rules. In the context of respecting distanciations and hygiene measures, we adapt our activities: fewer participants (if necessary), privileged outdoor activities ...

Entertainment and activities for family fun

The multisports ground, the tennis court, the pétanque field and the ping-pong tables will also be at your disposal. However, we will not organize collective tournaments there, always in compliance with health recommendations.

To enjoy it safely, we will ask you to respect the rules of social distancing.

Beaches to discover freely

The surrounding beaches are accessible without special restrictions. You will be able to sunbathe and fully enjoy the joys of the sea. However, remember to respect social distanciations

The Yukadi Villages team is organized to keep you entertained in complete safety.

Barrier gestures to protect yourself and others:

• Respect a distance between people of at least 1.5 m,
• Wash your hands very regularly;
• Cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a tissue;
• Use a disposable tissue and throw it away;
• Greet without shaking hands, stop kissing.
